John carries the root vision of Dreaming in Unison. His path has been winding — fisherman, farmer, CEO, veteran — always guided by curiosity and an unyielding honesty with himself and the world.
Through decades of leadership in business, land stewardship, and community, John came to embodiment as the ground of his own transformation. Now he walks as a guide — helping others align body, mind, and spirit, and live with resilience and integrity.
His work is shaped by the wisdom of nature, the cycles of time, and a deep trust in human choice. In John’s presence, leadership becomes less about control and more about remembering what it means to belong.
Eva Kolarova
Facilitator · Somatic Embodiment Coach · Artistic Director
Eva holds the thread of artistry, ritual, and somatic wisdom in Dreaming in Unison. Rooted in dance and performance, her work bridges the seen and unseen — weaving movement, voice, and ceremony into spaces of clarity and connection.
A citizen of the Earth, Eva has lived nomadically since her teens, carrying a gift for helping others release inherited patterns and return to wholeness. She leads retreats, rites of passage, and embodied gatherings worldwide, always inviting participants into presence, resilience, and authentic relationship.
For Eva, embodiment is the doorway: to healing, to confidence, to the deep belonging that arises when we move and create together.

Architect of Conscious Technology & Digital Ecosystems
Paul has over 20 years of experience at the intersection of human cognition, AI, and digital systems. A pioneer of the early Internet economy, he built one of the world’s leading SEO portfolios and founded Australia’s first large-scale SEO company. Later, his work expanded into developing AI models mirroring human thought and designing innovative data frameworks, including early-warning tools recognized during COVID-19.
Today, Paul focuses on building conscious digital ecosystems that bring clarity and connection in the complexity of the information age. Within Dreaming in Unison, he shapes the pathways for collaboration, sharing, and collective intelligence.

Eva Kolarova is a Facilitator, Somatic Embodiment Coach, and Artistic Director of Dreaming in Unison.
A trained dancer, choreographer, producer, and guide, Eva bridges the visible and invisible through movement, voice, ceremony, and authentic expression. Her work is rooted in somatic therapy, embodiment, and grounded presence — guiding people into deeper self-awareness, personal growth, and collective connection.
Born in the Czech Republic, Eva has lived nomadically since age 14, moving fluidly between countries, cultures, and ways of life. She identifies as a citizen of the Earth, shaped by a borderless existence that allows her to support others in breaking free from inherited patterns and creating more conscious ways of relating.
Her professional path began in classical dance and evolved into contemporary performance, choreography, and she self produced large-scale performances and events. Over time, this artistic foundation expanded into somatic movement, bodywork, yoga, somatic trauma therapy, TVM & Neuro Touch (nervous system regulation), Sound Healing, and Voice-based modalities.
Eva has led embodiment retreats, mentorship programs, and workshops worldwide, weaving practical grounded guidance with ritual and creative expression, embodiment.

He is dedicated to individual freedom, collective intention, and fostering a culture where people grow into fuller, more alive versions of themselves.
John’s diverse skillset reflects a winding career path, encompassing roles as a commercial fisherman, restaurant and hotel owner, salesman, farmer, and CEO of an organic land management company. He has founded multiple companies and collaborated with stakeholders across the global food, shipping, trade, and finance sectors. He is a combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps, a fellow with the Environmental Leadership Program, and has served in small-town local government.
Alongside this outer path, John has walked a profound inner journey where embodiment became essential to his own transformation. The practices he developed to align body, mind, and purpose now inform his mentorship and facilitation. He is a natural wanderer, at ease in discomfort, and at home everywhere. His principles are anchored in authenticity and a commitment to perpetual learning. His superpower lies in unflinching self-honesty, and he lives with a confidence earned through experience.
