The Resonant Body is an invitation to slow down, listen, and cultivate a deeper relationship with the intelligence already living within you.

Across eight guided modules, we'll use the chakra system as a map for exploration—not something you need to believe in, but something you can experience through your own body. Rather than learning about the chakras as concepts, you'll explore each energetic center through movement, breath, voice, meditation, and direct experience.

Whether you're completely new to embodiment or have an established practice, this journey offers simple, practical tools you can carry into everyday life.

  • What You'll Experience

    Each of the eight modules explores one of the seven primary energy centers through direct embodied practice.

    Every module includes:
    • A short introduction to each chakra
    • A guided movement, breath, and voice practice
    • A meditation for integration

    Each practice takes approximately 40 minutes and is designed to help you experience the qualities of each energy center through your own body.

    Your Practice

    You can begin this journey whenever you're ready.
    For the deepest experience, we recommend completing the eight modules over eight consecutive days, allowing each practice to build naturally upon the last. You'll receive lifetime access, so you can revisit the journey whenever you feel called. Each time you return, you'll likely discover something new.

Eva began her career as a professional dancer and choreographer, creating works and large-scale productions across the globe. Over time, her path shifted as she came to see the body not only as an instrument of art, but as a doorway into healing, spiritual growth, and holistic living. Trained in yoga, somatic trauma therapy, nervous system regulation, and voice- and body-based modalities, Eva carries a wide toolkit into her facilitation. She has led retreats, rites of passage, and ceremonial gatherings worldwide, guiding people into deeper presence, resilience, and connection. Today, Eva holds spaces where embodiment, ritual, and authentic expression and creativity become powerful medicines for personal and collective transformation.
